On Thursday, June 21st, 2018 at 8:30 am, a white adult male entered the A1 Market at 605 NE 7th Street. The male walked up to the counter, brandished a firearm, pointing it in the store clerk’s face while demanding the money out of the cash register.
The clerk opened the cash drawer and the male removed an undisclosed amount of cash from the drawer. The suspect fled eastbound on B Street.
Officers arrived in the area and developed a perimeter and were unable to locate the suspect. The suspect is still outstanding and should be considered armed and dangerous. Detectives are actively working the case and attempting to develop further information.
The suspect is described as a white adult male in his mid 20’s, 5’10” to 6’ in height and weighing between 135 to 150 pounds. At the time of the incident, the suspect was wearing a gray/white/blue striped T-shirt, tan shorts, and gray vans style shoes.
