The individual, identified as 37 year old Jonathan Thompkins, and his passenger, 40 year old Justin Williams, began exhibiting suspicious behavior when the two were questioned regarding weapons in the vehicle.

Both men were recognized by one of the deputies from a prior incident involving a firearm found in the vehicle, and after citations were issued to both individuals, the two left the area.

However, the deputies noticed a shotgun in the back of the truck and understanding that both men were convicted felons, they were summoned back to the scene.
