Coos County Dispatch received a report on Thursday, February 17th, that a minor child had received an explicit photo of a male requesting to meet with an adult female for services.
During the subsequent investigation, it was learned that the minor child had recently obtained the phone from their mother, who had previously posted the associated phone number on a website for escort services.
After contacting multiple agencies, the Coos County Sheriff’s Office was able to track the phone number to 41 year old Travis Feazel, of North Bend, and Mr. Feazel was contacted and issued a Criminal Citation for Soliciting Prostitution.
The guardians of the minor child were contacted and advised of the investigation and informed that the telephone number was previously listed on an escort service website. It was recommended to either get rid of the phone or to change the phone number with their service provider.
