An area of low pressure is forecast to slowly approach the area, with some changes beginning Thursday evening, bringing chances of widespread rain to the area and cooler temperatures.
High temperatures Thursday and Friday will be below normal over inland areas and near normal near the coast, however, even though precipitation is likely, all areas will warm to above normal temperatures this weekend.
As the first round of precipitation passes through Friday evening, another weak system associated with this low will bring the next chances for precipitation through the weekend with a third weak system bringing additional rain chances for areas.
Inland the forecast is for rain and showers through out the weekend, with lows in the low 50’s, and highs reaching the low 80’s by Sunday.
On the coast, rain will be widespread through out southern Oregon and northern California for the entire weekend. Temperatures are expected to range from the low 50’s in the morning and only warming to the low 60’s.
