Two Friday morning 5.9 earthquakes were the first of a series of four quakes that struck approximately 90 miles off the coast of Gold Beach, Oregon.
The first 5.9 quake struck at 12:58am Friday morning, June 4th, 97 miles of the coast of Gold Beach at a depth of 5.6 miles. That quake would be followed by another 5.9 temblor 86 miles off of Gold Beach just 20 minutes later at 1:17am Friday morning at a depth of 6.8 miles.
A 4.2 quake and a 3.2 quake were recorded at 1:38am and 2:20am in the same area.
None of these earthquakes generated a Tsunami or Tsunami warning.
