Thursday will mark the day that ended our week of spring like weather as two systems are poised to bring cooler wet weather going into and through the weekend.
Although the high pressure we have been enjoying will push the main impact of these systems well to the north of our area, their passage will not go unnoticed in southern Oregon and northern California.
The first front will arrive Thursday, producing cooler temperatures and light rain, mainly along and west of the Cascades. The second system will arrive late Saturday into Sunday, producing more widespread and heavier precipitation, including mountain snow, mainly above 4000 feet.
