Just before 7:00am Monday morning, the California Highway Patrol, Gasquet Fire and Rescue, Del Norte County Sheriff’s Office, Del Norte Ambulance and Crescent City Police Department were dispatched to a crash on Hwy. 199 near Gasquet.
One vehicle crossed the double yellow line into oncoming traffic. One person was transported to Sutter Coast Hospital in Crescent City Ca.
The cause of the crash is currently under investigation by the California Highway Patrol.
