Summer temperatures will hang on through Saturday across interior northwest California, with highs mainly in the 80s and 90s. The coast will remain cooler, with some areas of nighttime and morning low clouds and fog. Meanwhile, chances for rain will increase later Sunday into Monday, accompanied by much cooler weather!

Rain is expected late Sunday into Monday. The first significant Fall rainstorm is forecast to arrive late Sunday. Most of the rain is expected to occur Sunday night into Monday morning.
Much cooler and wetter weather is on the way later this weekend. More fall-like conditions return Sunday and continue through much of next week as a series of fronts move through the area.
Temperatures will be about 15-20 degrees below normal Monday through Wednesday with periods of rain expected Sunday into Tuesday.
