The Josephine Marijuana Enforcement Team with the assistance of Rogue Area Drug Enforcement and Josephine County Code Enforcement, executed a search warrant in Grants Pass Tuesday, December 6th, regarding an illegal indoor marijuana grow site.
More than 400 marijuana plants and approximately 200 pounds of processed marijuana was seized and destroyed and Josephine County Code Enforcement discovered the property also had multiple electrical, water and solid waste code violations which could result in the civil forfeiture of the property.
Pavel Grigoryev and Richard Grigoryev were taken into custody and lodged at the Josephine County Jail for Unlawful Manufacturing of Marijuana, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Unlawful Appropriation of Water.
At the time of this press release the investigation is ongoing and no further details are being released.
