A 4.4 magnitude earthquake shook off the Oregon coast late Monday afternoon August 30th.
The U.S. Geological Society recorded a 4.4 magnitude earthquake 149 miles off the coast of Bandon, Oregon just after 4:30pm Monday afternoon at a depth of 13 miles.
Just after 1:00am Tuesday morning, August 31st, a 3.7 magnitude quake was recorded at 1:01am approximately 30 miles southwest of Eureka at a depth of 18 miles, followed within seconds by a 3.6 quake in the same location.
No Tsunami warnings were issued.
