The Josephine Marijuana Enforcement Team executed a search warrant Tuesday, December 22nd, at a residence located on O’Brien Road, regarding allegations of an illegal quantity of marijuana in an O’Brien residence.
Approximately 300 pounds of marijuana was located and seized during the execution of the search warrant, as well as firearms and methamphetamine, which was also located and seized. A stolen vehicle located on the property was seized to be returned to its rightful owner.
A 55 year old male was arrested and lodged at the Josephine County Jail for Unlawful Delivery, Possession and Manufacture of Marijuana as well as Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine and a 33 year old female was arrested and lodged at the Josephine County Jail for Unlawful Delivery of Marijuana.
