On August 29th, just after 4:30pm, an Oregon State Police Trooper stopped a black Chevrolet Malibu northbound on US 97 for a routine traffic violation near Klamath Falls.
During the traffic stop, the Trooper conducted a consent search of the vehicle. During the search, approximately 25 pounds of suspected methamphetamine was located concealed in the vehicle.

The methamphetamine had an estimated street value of $100,000.00. The driver, identified as 27 year old Saul Espinoza-Avalos from Porterville, California, was arrested for Possession and Delivery of Methamphetamine.
